Job Title: Chief Enterprise Technology Architect

Location: (Hybrid) - 600 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308

Payrate: $101/Hr. on W2, without benefits

Duration: 6.5+ Months (Extendable based on performance)

Overview:

Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a Chief Enterprise Technology Architect to lead the development of an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with GDOT’s mission to enhance safety, sustainability, and mobility. This role will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to drive innovation and improve transportation systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with operational needs.

Lead research on emerging technologies and digital transformation.

Mentor IT teams and guide solutions architecture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).

10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, preferably in government or transportation.

Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), cloud tech, and AI/IoT.

Leadership and communication skills.
