Location: Hybrid out of Vienna, Virginia
Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: 60-80/hr

Searching for Enterprise Change Manager, specifically with large, Agile transformation experience (and CRM experience is a plus). Master's degree is a requirement for this role. Previous Big 4 experience is a must have.
The Enterprise Change Manager will report into the Enterprise Change Management team and be assigned to support one or more transformational initiatives associated with Enterprise Strategy/priorities. He or she will design, develop and deploy organizational change management (OCM) strategies/solutions to drive adoption of the change. This includes facilitating activities such as identification, validation and planning around stakeholder needs/concerns, organizational change impacts, and mitigation of people-related risks associated with complex, large-scale change, as well as delivering targeted change plans and tactics such as communications, training, coaching, business readiness, sponsorship support, resistance management and rewards/recognition. The Enterprise Change Manager will collaborate closely with Leaders, Change Managers and project team members to coordinate plans and address dependencies across enterprise initiatives, projects or workstreams. He or she is a proactive self-starter, effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor and is flexible and adaptable to pivot to meet the evolving needs of the initiative.
To serve as organizational change management and communications expert and provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to enterprise stakeholders, project managers and other key business leaders. Implement strategic organizational change management and communications objectives. Promote organizational communications objectives and facilitate discussions for successful implementation of high impact, large scale projects and strategic initiatives. Assist in leading expert tasks with complex analysis and significant impact.

• Enterprise Change Management is an enterprise level function that is organizationally aligned to HR Strategy, Business & Communications
• While our Change Management function has been in place for over 15 years (beginning in IT), we pivoted 5 years ago office to focus specifically on the enterprise to help to drive the Strategy – aligning with the strategic plan of 2020-2024 focused on our digital transformation
• Currently, we’re a team of 13 people – mostly experienced change managers
• ECM is a Change Management Center of Excellence with Change Managers aligned with strategic initiatives where we deliver change management and build change maturity – we as build change maturity throughout the organization by providing resources, Community of Practice and Business unit plug-in consultation for business units
• Our small group of Change Managers is focused on Delivery to help drive the transformation, partnering with initiative sponsors and teams to drive change on the strategic initiatives in 3 main goal areas: Member Centric, Employee Powered, and Scalable and Flexible
• We’re in an environment of significant change and change saturation – and the initiatives teams and business units impacted are at different maturity levels – so there’s a lot of complexity in the organization in addition to the complexity of the transformation work itself
• We need very experienced Change Managers who have a breadth of experience across wide variety of large scale, complex, transformational initiatives with the ability to navigate ambiguity and versatility to shift to different types of assignments – from aligning leadership on vision, to driving adoption and sustainment, to coaching and building change maturity with the program teams and business unit stakeholders
• In addition to working closely with project teams, our change managers have significant interaction with executives/sponsors, HR business partners, employee communications, Enterprise Program Management Office, Strategy office
