Basic knowledge of IT Networking and telecommunications. Demonstrates timely and effective response to customer and team member needs. Ability to work on enterprise systems and equipment. Ability to analyze multiple alarm systems and trouble reports. Ability to perform remote maintenance of enterprise equipment. Strong aptitude for technical understanding. Ability to interact with various departments, and internal and external customer groups, to perform necessary telecommunications work. Awareness of customer requirements, with emphasis on major initiatives. Ability to set priorities. Ability to respond effectively to diverse demands. Ability to provide personal availability and maintain rotation on call status.

Pay Range: $25 - $30 Hourly
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
