As the Enterprise Project Manager (PM) for the implementation of the Electronic Case Management (ECM) system, you will lead the effort to replace multiple custom-coded systems with a robust enterprise platform. This role involves collaborating with various program offices and federal partners, ensuring successful onboarding and decommissioning of existing systems while promoting best practices and enhanced data security. You will serve as the primary point of contact for governance structures involving executive leadership and stakeholders, driving the project's objectives forward.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for governance structures involving executive leadership and stakeholders, driving the project's objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the ECM system across multiple program offices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other program PMs and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition to the ECM platform.
- Establish onboarding plans and activities to support program offices in adopting the new system.
- Oversee the decommissioning of legacy systems once onboarding is complete.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership and program office stakeholders, participating in established governance structures.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor project team members and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with governing laws and regulations throughout the implementation process.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment that fosters problem-solving and innovation.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- 7-9 years of experience in managing technical initiatives with diverse project teams in complex IT environments.
- Strong skills in budgeting, communication (both verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in implementing enterprise solutions and a solid understanding of business and technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently and start quickly, demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study is preferred.
- Familiarity with Client policies and procedures is important.
- Candidates must provide points of contact (POCs) for reference checks.
