Job role:

·         Baltimore spot – if a PM for Global Distribution and Legal
·         They are looking at the time it takes for marketing advertising review, the process for legal, and how to reduce that time
·         Not technical PM, business focus
·         Strong stakeholder interaction
·         Workflow experience is helpful
·         Need someone who can manage multiple work streams and change management within marketing organization
·         They will need to educate team members on project lifecycle and how Agile works.  Team is very new to working in Agile project format..
·         Again all the typical PM stuff with managing charter, issues, risks
·         Executive communications
·         Green belt minimum is ideal
