As our Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain positive relationships with our top tier clients through effective collaboration with internal departments and vendors that supply our clients with service. Serves as the key advocate, for both the client and MP, to drive client deliverables, MP strategy for our clients, and business results. Facilitates the management and strategic service of their assigned accounts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Builds strong client relationships. Must be adaptable, have strong time management and prioritization skills to provide customized quality service in an effort to retain and grow client's utilization of MP services
- Nurtures the MP-Client strategic partnership and provides support to top tier clients to streamline client contact points and provides professional and personalized client service.
- Anticipates client's needs and recommends new product service enhancements and efficiencies to clients.
- Responds to client communications in a timely professional manner to resolve escalated issues including all products and services, how-to product inquiries, training needs and system issues. Gathers input and expertise from MP team as needed.
- Responsible for client retention and building relationships through presentations and communications with key client personnel. Requires a thorough understanding of the client's business objectives and strategic business plan.
- Conducts at least one quarterly visit for current clients both in-person and virtually.
- Serves as coordination and communication channel lead for internal MP departments. Acts as liaison to resolve client issues regarding products and services to ensure client satisfaction and profitability requirements.
- Identifies and analyzes major trends or issues and assumes responsibility for resolution or escalation to management/iSolved to ensure ongoing client's satisfaction and revenue retention.
- Identifies client needs that can be met through MP offerings and those that require alternative approaches or process improvements.
- Plans, coordinates, and implements client activities and strategic programs for MP partners with sales, training departments, internal departments, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and education on our products.
- Provides client and management team with regular reporting, communication, and status updates to ensure client satisfaction. Positions the appropriate management and executive MP staff with key stakeholders at the assigned client business.
- Partners with our Engagement and Retention Manager to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite of Key Accounts (CEO, CFO, COO, HR Director) for client satisfaction with product suite and escalation path
- Responsible for ensuring client is aware of any iSolve enhancements or release implications to ensure no business interruptions
WHO YOU ARE: (Skills & Qualifications)
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
· 3-5 years of service experience
· 1-2 years of leadership or project management experience.
· Strong business acumen and confidence to provide consultation to c-suite clients.
· Proactive, results-oriented self-starter who is passionate about exceeding expectations with a strong sense of urgency.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Personable with the ability to build trust and relationships.
