About the Job
As the Stupp Fiber Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire range of sales activities within our organization. You will formulate, recommend, and implement sales strategies and pricing policies to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can mentor a team, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Support the businesses in developing yearly sales budgets and forecasting
- Provide supervision, guidance and feedback to sales professionals and customer service professionals on all activities
- Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as social media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
- Make decisions regarding the organizational processes of the department
- Develop and lead the business development effort
- Develop and maintain processes to monitor competitive activity within the region and other factors that will impact margin potential and capacity utilization
- Lead efforts to assure meeting and exceeding goals for revenue and customer adoption
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share within the enterprise sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Lead negotiations with enterprise clients, closing deals that meet both customer needs and company profitability goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, using insights to improve sales processes and team performance.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the telecommunications industry.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This role will have direct reports and will provide supervisory functions to the different sales initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Experience in process development, client relationship management,
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including managers and subject matter experts
- Customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required
- Experience with content management tools (MS Access, SharePoint etc.) is desired
- Experience with planning and oversight of project budgets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
