About the Job
design, develop and apply technical expertise in Enterprise Systems Management to support the organization's technical infrastructure. The position responsibilities to include designing, developing, testing, configuration, capacity planning, contingency planning, and directing the implementation of technologies in Enterprise Systems Management.
1- Support Engineering around SCCM O365 Upgrade - design, develop and apply technical expertise in SCCM.
2- Support Engineering in preparing SCCM Infrastructure
3- Support Engineering in documenting installation steps, naming conventions, policies
4- Support Engineering to validate pre-reqs for upgrade
5- Support Stakeholders to validate testing
6- Support OPS with training on SCCM console differences due to upgrade
7- Support SWD with SCCM Console upgrade / deployment to stakeholders
8- Support SWD / OPS to deploy SCCM Client Uprgade in Model / Production
9- Support SWD / OPS to validate all SCCM Clents uprgade / follow up on upgrade issues
Experience:
1- Experience engineering and supporting SCCM. Knowledge of Active Directory a must.
2- Experience engineering and supporting various ESM Tools, Including SCCM, Tanium, Flexera Admin Studio, Client Device Manager, Casper.
3- Extensive knowledgeable in Perl, Powershell and Javascript.
4- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services. Education: Bachelors Degree or seven years of equivalent work experience
