Main Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator:
- Process and manage benefits administration, employee records, and new hire paperwork
- Input and manage in HRIS system
- Communicate benefit details to employees and help resolve any questions or issues regarding benefits
- Ensure accuracy in payroll-related data and address employee payroll inquiries as needed
Qualifications for The Human Resources Coordinator:
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Exposure to ADP is a plus
- Must have very strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
