As an Entry Level Account Executive at Pakio, you will be essential in managing customer interactions and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for each client. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage High-Volume Leads: Provide personalized attention to a large volume of incoming marketing leads, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported in alignment with our marketing goals.

• Engage and Qualify Clients: Clearly articulate our promotional packages, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address client demands and deliver exceptional service.

• Mentor and Motivate: Partner with the Executive Manager to guide and inspire your team, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement and adhere to operational policies to uphold our high standards.

• Communicate Updates: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a high-volume sales environment is preferred but not required.
