Our Entry Level Account Managers provide exceptional leadership, clear direction, and continuous guidance to the sales team. We consistently and pro-actively partner with business leaders to bring the best services directly to the consumer. We believe that the way we work can add meaning and value to the world. Our Entry Level Account Managers will work closing with customers a daily basis to manage their accounts by answer customers inquiries, setting up appointments if necessary, notating personal information, and closing any sales cycles. Our Entry Level Account Manager have the opportunity to expand our clients customers while expanding their careers.
As An Entry Level Account Manager, You Will:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Form and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize sales
- Generate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and telecommunications clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate progress openly of monthly/quarterly initiatives to enhance sales
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:

- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
