The Entry-Level Account Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to create sales opportunities, engage customers, and enhance the overall sales experience. We’re looking for a resourceful, analytical, and organized candidate with a talent for building client rapport.
Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Account Manager:
- Support senior management by acting as a liaison for our clients, presenting and selling products and services directly to new and existing customers
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, focusing on enhancing customer experience through targeted outreach campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging strategic sales methods, customer development, and relationship-building techniques
- Attend training sessions to become proficient in our clients’ products and services
- Qualify leads by identifying the services that best meet customer needs and assist in the activation process
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed sales goals and manage inquiries promptly
Qualifications for the Entry-Level Account Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, client support, or entry-level sales
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to handle objections confidently
- Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust and work collaboratively with internal and external teams
