As an Entry Level Ambitious Customer Service Representative at Atrox Teleta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. In this role, you will engage with both new and existing customers. You’ll troubleshoot problems, provide accurate information, and deliver timely resolutions to customer concerns. • Engage with customers: Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns through direct communication methods ensuring prompt and friendly service
