Entry Level Associates act as a direct liaison between the client and customer. They will also provide product and service information, resolve emerging problems with efficiency and professionalism, and facilitate the enrollment process. The best Entry Level Associates are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Entry Level Associates can put themselves in their customer’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Entry Level Associate Responsibilities:
Provide customer support to new and existing customer accounts
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure long-term customer retention
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Deliver quality product presentations and answer questions with honesty and transparency
Meet personal and customer service sales metrics and evaluate performance on a weekly basis
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with the company confidentiality mandates
