Qualifications and responsibilities for this Entry-Level Civil Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Internship or entry-level experience in transportation or roadway design preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Assist in the design and analysis of roadway and transportation systems for DOT projects.
• Work with senior engineers on specifications, design calculations, and project coordination.
• Participate in site assessments and surveying as needed.
• Support project managers in meeting deadlines and project goals.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DOT standards and local regulations.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
