Our Values:
- Extreme Ownership: We take complete accountability for everything in our world. Instead of blaming others, we identify opportunities where we could have done better and take action to do better. Extreme ownership means no excuses. We aren't victims of our circumstances or the actions of others. We own our mistakes and missed opportunities and we proactively take steps to correct them. Extreme ownership means taking control of our days by relentlessly prioritizing the right tasks and saying no to everything else.
- Heart of a Teacher: Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man how to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. We look for opportunities to serve others through teaching. To do this well, we must be patient and empathetic. We must communicate clearly and on a level that serves our audience. But we cannot forget to be world-class listeners as well or, the rest doesn't matter.
- Growth Minded: We have the humility to know we can be better, the hunger to want to be better, and the discipline to close the gap.
- Impact Driven: We have a unique opportunity to impact literally tens of thousands of people through our efforts every day. To do this, we have to think beyond spreadsheets and financial statements. We focus on how decisions impact our clients, their families, their employees, their vendors, and their communities. There is a heavy responsibility that comes with the realization that we aren't just driving financials - we are impacting human beings. This is what motivates us.
- Generous: We are generous with our time, talents, money, and other resources. We do this because it's in our DNA, not because we expect anything in return.
- Gracious: It's hard to be hateful when you're grateful! We proactively seek opportunities to bring a smile to others by acknowledging them and thanking them.
