Summary of Essential Job Functions Responsibilities for Entry Level HVAC Install Helper is to assist in the install of HVAC equipment, duct, fittings and controls Maintain required levels of truck stock items Appears on time at the job site based upon the direction of the Crew Leader. Loading and unloading tools and materials at the construction site. Measuring distances with a tape measure. Uses hand power tools Maintain personal and company tools and equipment Assist in the installation of Flex Duct Register Boots in building attics. Performs other related tasks as required. High School Diploma or equivalent Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to stand walk for up to 8 hours Data entry, attention to detail Flexible to work overtime and on weekends Reliable transportation.
