Benefit Specialist Responsibilities

• ●  Calling clients that requested their benefits.
• ●  Setting appointment with clients to review their benefits with them.
• ●  Reviewing benefits virtually through zoom with the client.
• ●  Enrolling clients in their benefits.
• ●  Completing the report card with each client once benefits overview is complete
