***Pay is up to $17.25/hour and must be able to work 10-6pm Mon and Wed, 2-6 Tues and Thurs***

The Customer Service Liaisons provide centralized customer support to our Corporate-Owned Operations teams.
- When in a showroom, serves as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom, including assisting the clients with signing our guestbook and offering refreshments as necessary.
- May be assigned administrative duties including, online social media support, warranty, trade packages, additional sales support (add-ons), and other clerical responsibilities.
- When in the showroom, maintains the showroom at the direction of their leader in accordance with the maintenance and cleanliness checklist. This includes opening and closing of the Showroom duties.
- Responsible for completing appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner for our Design Consultants, using CRM.
- Responsible for directing client issues, concerns, and/or complaints to management team while working in conjunction with designers and the management team to bring them to a resolution, as needed.
- Works in conjunction with the activities of the Centralized Scheduling team and communicates daily with the team regarding issues with accuracy of consultations being scheduled.
- Assists the Sales Manager with the ongoing education and training of the Design Consultants with Central Scheduling, as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand on feet for minimum 4–6-hour shift.
- Minimal sitting in front of a computer for periods of time
- Ability to operate office equipment using hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Minimal bending, squatting, kneeling, stretching, twisting, reaching, and climbing
- Ability to frequently talk and hear
- Ability to reach with hand and arms and grasp objects
Qualifications
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Associates Degree related to business administration / accounting from an accredited college or university preferred
- 1-2 years of experience of administrative and/or customer service experience in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry – preferably within a luxury brand environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and exercise independent though to challenges and improve the status quo.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, and ability to manage own schedule and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented, organized and time management skills
- Strong multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization capabilities
- Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc)
