We are a business development and sales firm based in the Orange County area. That means our clients hire us to provide a personal touch with customers that they can’t achieve themselves and place trust in us to represent their brands. We create a personalized approach to promotions, sales, and customer service that has dramatically increased client revenue and market brand share. We are looking to hire an entry-level Customer Support Representative to take a unique, relationship-oriented approach to their campaigns and sales, and liaise between major clients and their customers.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:
- Incorporate knowledge of the industry to complete sales and enrollment initiatives.
- Investigate and solve customer inquiries and communicate the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead by example and positively and professionally represent the clients.
- Provide product and customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns.
Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:
- Work experience in the following industries is an asset, but not required: Communications, Business administration, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Retail, and related fields.
- Desire to succeed in an entry-level position.
- Great communication skills and people skills.
- Excellent work ethic.
- A positive business attitude like the rest of our client’s enthusiastic staff.
- The right candidate is local to the area, must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily and can start immediately if offered the position.
