Job Description
+ As a Detailer, you will be responsible for inspecting units to ensure they meet customer orders and quality standards for form, fit, and function. You will assist in the development of quality standards, work with the production team to complete repairs timely, and communicate quality issues to prevent future occurrences. Your role will include the generation of countermeasures to resolve quality issues, completing minor defects, and ensuring proper planning of units through the inspection area. You will also be required to work safely in a production environment and maintain regular attendance.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect units to ensure the final product matches the customer order.
+ Ensure the completed product meets quality standards for form, fit, and function.
+ Assist in developing quality standards.
+ Work with the production team to complete repairs in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
+ Communicate quality issues throughout the organization to prevent further occurrences.
+ Generate countermeasures to resolve quality issues.
+ Complete minor defects.
+ Communicate all non-conformances immediately and efficiently to those who must complete needed repairs.
+ Plan units properly through the inspection area.
+ Work safely in a production environment wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
+ Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
+ Interact effectively with others.
+ Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
