Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning amp; Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events that meet strategic objectives.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics, including vendor partnerships, venue setup, timelines, and scheduling.
- On-Site Event Support: Ensure smooth event operations by providing on-site assistance and resolving any issues promptly.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with vendors, clients, and attendees to ensure all expectations are met and concerns are addressed.
- Record Keeping amp; Reporting: Maintain detailed records of event budgets, attendance, and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
