Salary range:
$1250 - $1800 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events.
- Support the setup and teardown of event spaces including equipment and decorations.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Help manage event registration processes and guest relations.
- Maintain event budgets and assist with cost tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
- Gather feedback and help develop reports post-event for analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
