The Entry Level Events Assistant will assist in coordinating and managing events, including promotions, conferences, and product launches. This role involves working closely with the events team to ensure the smooth execution of all events, from planning to post-event follow-up. It requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a passion for event planning.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, both on-site and off-site.
- Coordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee management, and vendor relations.
- Support the setup, breakdown, and on-site management of event spaces.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote events, such as social media posts, email campaigns, and flyers.
- Track and manage event-related expenses, ensuring adherence to the event budget.
- Provide administrative support for the events team, including data entry, scheduling, and materials preparation.
- Help with event follow-up, including collecting feedback and assisting in post-event reports.
- Ensure a positive attendee experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
