Job Description:
Sociaxe is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our growing team. You will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, working closely with the events team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of event management while contributing to the success of high-profile events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and planning of events from start to finish.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event logistics are handled efficiently.
• Support the team with on-site event management, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining event documentation and managing budgets.
• Monitor event timelines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
• Gather post-event feedback and assist with reporting.
