As an Entry-Level HVAC Technician, you will work alongside our skilled technicians to maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients. This role focuses on providing top-notch customer service while allowing you to build your skills in diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks from routine maintenance to learning advanced repair techniques, all in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks, including filter replacements.
• Learn to diagnose HVAC system issues and perform basic repairs.
• Operate various hand and power tools for system inspections and maintenance.
• Document services and complete necessary reports.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring professionalism in all client interactions.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an HVAC training program or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Willingness to learn, with a passion for career growth.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
