We are actively partnering with one of the most reputable Medical Alert companies in the Western United States for contract to hire Inside Sales Representatives! These positions are currently available in person with earned hybrid potential in Concord, CA.

Inside Sales Representative
Start Date: November 18th
Contract Length: 6 month contract to hire
Pay Rate (During Contract): $20/hr
Post-conversion Compensation Plan - Commission + Base:
- Pay Rate (During Contract): $20/hr
- Base Pay Rate (After Conversion): $16/hr
- Commission After Conversion: $1,700-5,000 monthly, average commission $2,600/month on top of base pay
- Lowest hourly + commission currently is $23/hr with top reps making as much as $40/hr
Worksite Location: Concord, CA 94520 Hybrid potential after contract period based off performance – in office 3 days at home 2 days.
Training: Mon-Fri Normal Business Hours – On Site
Schedule: 40 hours per week within below hours of operation - back to back days off guaranteed.
Hours of Operation (open availability required within this range): Mon-Fri 6am-6pm Sat & Sun 8am-4:30pm
Job Description:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries; place outbound calls to web generated leads. Handle and bring to resolution, inquiries from customers regarding service, billing, or any facet of account. This is a full-time position with weekends required.
Job Duties:
· Respond to warm leads with a goal of closing sales for Bay Alarm Medical services
· Manage several incoming phone lines and address customer needs as required
· Take ownership for saving customers from cancellation, using defined retention tools
· Place orders
· Maintain database of customer leads and customers
· Maintain a process for timely follow up and management of pending leads
· Provide excellent customer service
· Identify solutions to daily problems
· All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:
· 1-2 years over the phone customer service or strong retail customer service skills required.
· 1-2 years call center experience preferred, viewing and evaluating customer logs, scheduling service calls.
· 1-2 years inside or outside sales preferred
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Excellent communication skills required
· Excellent customer service skills required
· Good computer data entry and retrieval skills required
· Excellent follow through and problem-solving skills required
· Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet competence required
