We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. • Establish and maintain client relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverage options, policy changes, billing, and transfers
• Quote and set appointments for new business opportunities
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance products
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success

• Sales experience (inside or outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
