We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and educating customers on various insurance options. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses after a probationary period. Upon completion of the first year, there is potential for career advancement into sales or leadership roles, and the agency may invest in a retirement plan.

Salary Range: $15 per hour

• Establish and maintain client relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverage options, policy changes, billing, and transfers
• Quote and set appointments for new business opportunities
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance products
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success

• Sales experience (inside or outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
