David Downey Allstate Agency in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, is looking for an energetic and committed individual to join our team as a Full-Time Entry-level Property & Casualty Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for helping new prospective customers understand their risks, their insurance options to help reduce their risks and in writing new policies. You

will play a vital role in growing our personal lines insurance client base and helping ensure their assets are protected. If you have excellent customer service skills and are committed to providing clients with the best value and coverage, this is the role for you. We know that with your positive attitude,

You could earn an average of $51,000/year for selling the average of 22 items (autos, homes, renters, PUPs) per month -or- on the high end $160,000 average salary + commissions for Century Club salespersons selling 100 items/month on average.

Salary Range: $31200.00 - $160000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Document each customer contact in our CRM.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
• No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
• PA Personal Lines license is required to begin.
