Salary Range: $38000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Sell and Solicit/Provide information about insurance products and services
- Follow our proven sales process in every sales interaction
- Follow your individual daily development plan
- Work opportunities using our lead management system
- Boost sales revenue by calling, texting and emailing potential clients
- Compile, present, and explain insurance policy option that meet each potential customer's individual needs
- Handle customer inquiries as necessary
- Follow-up on all new business sales to inquire about Life Insurance and referrals
- Develop, maintain and improve knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist other team members as necessary
Requirements
No Experience Required
Experience working in sales related or customer facing role is beneficial
MUST be coachable and open to growth
Maintain positive and self-driven attitude
Proven leadership and communication skills
Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
