Compensation: Commission-based, with earning potential between $40,000 and $100,000/year, depending on performance.

Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospects for insurance needs via phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
- Close sales by asking for the business, setting up payments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage and service your own book of business to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support your teammates and contribute to the agencys overall success.
Requirements
- No prior insurance license or experience is required; training will be provided.
- Strong desire to earn higher wages through a performance-based commission structure.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- A coachable attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing training.
- A solid work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
