Compensation: Commission-based, with earning potential between $40,000 and $100,000/year, depending on performance.

• Proactively reach out to prospects for insurance needs via phone calls and in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
• Close sales by asking for the business, setting up payments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Manage and service your own book of business to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support your teammates and contribute to the agencys overall success.

• No prior insurance license or experience is required; training will be provided.
• Strong desire to earn higher wages through a performance-based commission structure.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
