Salary Range: $3500.00 - $7500.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries and offering appropriate solutions.
Policy Customization: Assist in designing and suggesting insurance plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to help achieve the companys business goals.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and market trends to offer informed advice and solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights and strategies for consistent improvement.
Requirements
Superior phone and computer skills: you will make a large number of outbound calls and you must be experienced handling interactions on the computer.
Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Record Keeping: Accurately maintain client records and sales data using our CRM software.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: A genuine interest in helping clients and providing excellent customer service.
Motivation: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the drive to succeed in a sales environment.
