Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Offer prompt and courteous service to clients, managing inquiries related to existing policies and potential new services.
Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their policies, coverage details, and billing queries, ensuring all concerns are addressed accurately.
Account Upkeep: Ensure client accounts are current, conducting regular reviews to uncover further insurance needs or adjustments.
Feedback Implementation: Gather customer feedback and work closely with the team to implement improvements and enhance service delivery.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to support overall team goals and provide seamless service.
Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem Solving: Ability to adeptly handle and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Location: Must be able to work on-site at our The Colony, Texas office.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to accurately input and manage customer information.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
