The primary purpose of this position is to learn all aspects of operations. As our clients’ demands grow, so does our need for exceptional management. Our goal is to go above and beyond expectations. The management trainee is entry-level, so it is required to undergo our training process with our outstanding management staff.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage a team of 10-15 individuals: Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service, developing sales and marketing strategies, hiring and developing new employees, and reviewing ongoing performance assessments.
- Successfully negotiate his/her way through our rigorous and highly selective training program with an emphasis on customer service and sales
- Master the business on the front line Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, increasing incremental revenue and building a loyal clientele
- Recommend appropriate corrective action when necessary holding yourself and team accountable for production and quality
- Full knowledge of appropriate systems and procedures
- Recognize and respond to performance flaws with honest and direct communication
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of leadership and management experience
- 1-2 years Customer service or sales experience
- Must enjoy training, developing, mentoring, and motivating others.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening skills and the ability to be resourceful and versatile to adapt quickly to all types of individuals.
- High-levels of integrity, strong work ethic, responsible, and positive outlook
