Entry Level Management Trainee - Kansas City Standard

Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the sales team to learn about our products/services, target market, and sales strategies.
• Work closely with senior sales professionals and the Entry Level Management Trainee team to learn about negotiation, relationship building, and effective sales strategies.
• Attend industry events and networking activities to stay up to date on products, promotions and client updates.
• Participate in Entry Level Management Trainee training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership skills.
• Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
• Support the development and implementation of sales training programs for new hires and existing Entry Level Management Trainee team members.
• Take on leadership responsibilities for small-scale projects or initiatives to develop your leadership capabilities.

Entry Level Management Trainee Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• At least some experience in a leadership or mentorship type role is preferred.  
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of motivation, ambition, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
