Entry Level Management Trainee - S&C, inc

We are seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee to increase brand awareness, educate newcomers of our company culture, and tracking activity of customer accounts to ensure we are providing superior customer service. The ideal Entry Level Management Trainee will be outgoing, engaging, and enjoy interacting with others. The Entry Level Management Trainee will provide each customer with their customer service and sales expertise to promote a positive experience and manage all accounts sufficiently.

Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key customer acquisitions
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
• Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers
• Accurately track and communicate all activity with the team
• Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data and customer insights
• Communicate with the marketing team and other management trainees frequently
• Perform other job-related duties as required
