We are currently seeking several Entry Level Management Trainees to come up with creative brand development, marketing trends, and other advertising as needed. The Entry Level Management Trainee will be responsible for creating and implementing internal and external consumer communication and outreach programs. Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee:

• Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in person contact
• Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner 
• Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
• Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
• Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided to our Entry Level Management Trainee team

Experience and Skill Requirements of the Entry Level Management Trainee:

• Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must demonstrate superior customer service in the office and working in the field with our potential new leads
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
