Primary Duties As an Entry Level Manager in Training:
- Build relationships and personalize actions and resolutions for the consumer’s inquiry
- Support each client interaction as an opportunity to market the brand and tell the story accurately, inspiring consumers with top-notch service to drive sales
- Anticipate consumers’ needs and wow them by delivering “above and beyond” service
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments on solutions to improve the consumer experience, sales targets, and company processes
- Cultivate relationships that reinforce brand values, drive consumer loyalty, and increase sales margins
- Resolve challenging situations in the best interest of both consumer and company by following set policies and procedures
- Engage in general team meetings, offer personal insight on trends, partake in training sessions, product updates, sales strategies and stay informed of product changes, new promotional offers, pricing, sales, etc.
Entry Level Manager in Training Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business is preferred
- 1-2 years in a marketing communications coordinator, promotions, sales, or brand ambassador position is a must
- Creative thinker and solution-focused problem solver
- Positive upbeat nature, works well in a team environment, and contributes to the high energy of the group
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including close collaboration with Sales and Client Relations
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
This is an in office position located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and requires daily commuting to our Albuquerque office location and availability to start in 2-3 weeks.
