About the Job
We are looking for 5 individuals to join our team as the Entry Level Manager!
We grow solely organically, so every employee starts off Entry Level and is provided the opportunity to grow as far as they’d like with us. Through our thorough training program, we are looking for someone who is looking to work hard, learn a lot, and take charge of their career. You will be individually responsible for small and medium-sized accounts and work in tandem with other members of the team on customer accounts. We are looking for a smart and driven professional committed to delivering the best services and the right solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude for sales, be comfortable with being part of a growing department, be quick on their feet, be adaptable to change, and be ready to take ownership of their role.
Entry Level - Mastering the Basics:
- Self-management: Being on time, professionalism, etc.
- Sales and Customer service basics
- Client product knowledge
- Establishing consistency in day-to-day work
Team Leadership - Duplication:
- Teach newer entry level team members how to do the job you just mastered
- Train and re-training other Sales & Customer Service Agents
- Take on more responsibility within the workplace
Assistant Management - Company Management:
- Payroll
- Company financials
- Human Resources
- Managing an entire team
