Entry Level: Pay is $20/Hour
Responsibilities:
Scheduling employees next jobs.
Improving workstation layout.
Workplace organization and documentation of work procedures.
Updating manufacturing work instructions.
Ensuring equipment and facility function as planned to avoid downtime and scrap.
Supports and promotes safe practices in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements.
Instructs shop employees with procedures/processes to ensure compliance with standards, practices, and policies, installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating procedure, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
Directs execution of capital projects to meet timelines and approved costs.
Participates in meetings/calls to share information between plants/facilities.
Requirements
Great communication skills
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Good tech background through related coursework and work experience Proficient in reading engineering drawings and great attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team & on own with minimum supervision.
ability to gather data and compile information.
Applicants to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to drive tasks to completion.
Proficient with MS word, excel, Vision & MS PowerPoint, CAD modeling and drafting. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, machining, welding and heat treat.
Own transportation, good attendance and ability to follow directions.
· Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
