Job overview:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process, and training. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new work. In addition, the Manufacturing Technician is responsible for, but not be limited to:

Job duties:
- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining.
- Collecting and evaluating operating data to condon-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
- Improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.

- Judgment and initiative in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's degree in a STEM discipline preferred
- Military training in a technical field such as Electronics, Mechanical, or similar Technical field preferred
- Certification in a technical field such as Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology, or related field of study preferred
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, manufacturing environment, semiconductor environment or related field is preferred
- Must be mechanically inclined
Candidate must be willing to:
- Work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Lift up to 25 lbs., spend the majority of the time (greater than 90%) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a day, and/or standing, sitting for 9 hours.
- Shift 1 - Days (Floater) Monday to Friday. Start Time 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - NO OT
Shift 4 - Nights - Works every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday. Start Time: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
