Position Overview

The Entry Level Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in the marketing and advertising department. This is an entry-level role during training, which provides a comprehensive overview of marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. After completing the training program, the candidate will be eligible for a team lead role within the marketing department.

This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily development of assigned event campaigns.
• Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts.

• Drive sales through retail promotional event campaigns.
