This entry-level Marketing Associate position offers hands-on experience in the marketing, sales, and communications industries, which can lead to career opportunities in management. Our collaborative work allows you to learn basic marketing skills, gain leadership abilities, develop sales techniques and communication skills, and increase your knowledge of various key business concepts.
Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct marketing presentation directives to consumers by executing business merchandising and promotional marketing plans
- Attend mandatory training sessions to acquire brand knowledge of new products, services, and branding strategies to stay up to date with new deals and sales promotions
- Assist consumers with any questions they may have regarding featured client products or promotional services during each client acquisition promotion
- Collaborate with the sales team and account management staff to ensure optimal consumer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and increase profit margins
- Build confiding relations with potential consumers by representing our brands in an approachable and enthusiastic light
Requirements for our Marketing Associates:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited four-year college or university is a bonus but not required
- Able to work full-time hours
- Experience in Customer Service, Retail, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related fields
- Communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with consumers, clients, fellow employees, and management staff
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive results
