Our work is ever-evolving, and we are looking for a Trainee who operates on that same wavelength.
In short, our Trainees aim to combine active listening skills and organizational processes to drive our departments toward their engagement and sales goals. Each Trainee gets equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices. Trainee Position Responsibilities:
- Utilize direct introduction of client products and services to achieve engagement and sales goals
- Collect information about local community preferences through direct communication with consumers regarding their current industry experience
- Employ a customer-focused sales strategy by speaking about client offerings, listening to consumer priorities, and responding with appropriate solutions our clients can deliver
- Develop knowledge of company management practices and build on current methods by observing and collaborating with current management teams and other Management Trainees
- Learn how to navigate client-provided technology to assist in the customer service and sales process when speaking to consumers in the local region
- Attend and conduct entry-level training meetings to master engagement, sales, consumer outreach, and problem-solving expectations that we utilize for client success
Qualifications for the Trainee Position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, management, sales, business, or communications is preferred
- Ability to problem-solve and adjust strategy to create solutions when interacting with consumers and client representatives
- Desire to build and organize a team to achieve client objectives, given proper training
- Reliability in time management and completion of duties regarding sales, consumer engagement, and service expectations
- Effective communication when collaborating with the operations team, other Management Trainees, and members of the sales and customer service departments
