Our firm is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients and their customers. Due to the recent demand for our clients, we are looking to fully cross-train the right individuals for a managerial role managing a team of sales representatives. This role is perfect for motivated individuals with stellar communications skills who are excited to grow and excel in a vibrant, dynamic environment. Your role will involve a blend of leadership, strategic customer engagement, team collaboration, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide training and guidance to new marketing and sales representatives as they onboard.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate necessary daily reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to team members.
- Participate in sales education, meetings, contributing insights and ideas for growth.

- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales management.
- Leadership potential and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
