• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits effectively.
• Stay updated on our clients' offerings and keep an eye on competitor activities to help maintain our competitive advantage.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist customers with registrations, donations, or sign-ups, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
