What You’ll Do:
As part of our materials team, you’ll assist in the production of essential construction materials and support plant and project operations. Typical responsibilities include:
- Material Handling: Assisting in mixing, transporting, and handling materials such as asphalt, concrete, and aggregate.
- Equipment Operation: Supporting plant operations by learning about machinery, including crushers, screeners, and conveyors under supervision.
- Quality Control: Ensuring materials meet industry standards by performing basic testing and monitoring.
- Site Support: Maintaining clean work areas and assisting in equipment maintenance to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:
Experience & Education/Certificate:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required, trade school a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or materials production is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
