What Will You Do as an Entry-Level Outbound Sales and Recruitment Specialist?
As a recruitment matchmaker, you’ll connect leading Animal Health and Veterinary organizations (clinics, hospitals, humane societies, etc.) with high-quality talent. This is a highly engaging role where you’ll spend your day building relationships, making outbound calls, and actively reaching out through emails and social media to find the best matches for our clients and help top talent find their ideal positions.
Outbound Calling & Outreach: Reach out to clients and candidates through calls, emails, and social media to make connections and build your pipeline.
Sales-Driven Approach: Every placement brings you closer to meeting and exceeding your sales targets, which allows you to unlock significant earning potential.
Relationship Building: Engage with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and goals, ultimately making the best match between clients and candidates.
What Does Your Schedule Look Like?
Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, at our beautiful South Tulsa office at 91st & Yale. Our location is conveniently close to Whole Foods, the Creek Turnpike, Starbucks, restaurants, walking/biking trails, fitness centers, and more. Based on tenure and performance, you may have the option to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week, giving you both flexibility and the benefits of a team-centered culture.

Integrity & Team Player: You value honesty and integrity in all interactions and are a supportive team player.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with ideal fields including journalism, broadcasting, marketing, animal science, agriculture, psychology, hospitality, or other business-related areas. Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required. Above all, we’re looking for recent graduates ready to commit to a rewarding career in recruitment.
